Discovery Workshop
Week 1, Day 1 (1 day total)
Initial discovery meeting to thoroughly analyze business needs, discuss technical requirements, review existing data infrastructure, and demonstrate the AI agent's capabilities. This session establishes project scope, identifies potential challenges, and aligns expectations between both teams.
Preparation
Week 1, Days 2-7 (6 days total)
Client-side preparation phase where the purchasing organization gathers and prepares all necessary materials and access credentials. This includes creating read-only database access, setting up deployment environment access and obtaining required LLM API access. Our team remains available for guidance and clarification during this period.
Configuration
Weeks 2-3 (14 days total)
Core agent development and configuration phase. Our engineering team builds the agent base, establishes database integrations, configures query templates, implements guardrails, and conducts comprehensive internal testing. This phase includes iterative refinement based on the client's specific use cases and data structure to ensure optimal performance before handoff.
Agent Onboarding
Week 4, Day 1 (1 day total)
Comprehensive training session for the client's team covering agent operation, review deployment environment, best practices for query formulation, troubleshooting common issues. We also collaboratively develop the future roadmap, identifying potential enhancements and additional use cases for subsequent iterations.
Soft Launch
Week 4-5 (5 days total)
Controlled soft launch with active monitoring and support. The agent goes live. This phase includes 8 hours of engineering support spread across the week, addressing issues, fine-tuning responses, and implementing quick fixes based on real-world usage patterns.
